Pre Hospital Trauma Management, RCS Ed
Description
A comprehensive trauma course designed to enable the provider to respond and deal with trauma emergencies. This Trauma Management course is ideal for all individuals from the basic provider to the advanced practitioner. It includes all the basic and advanced skills needed to work in the Pre Hospital Trauma arena. Whilst many programmes like PHTLS and ITLS adopt an American system, this is sometimes conflicting with UK law, procedures and recommendations. This is the only UK based trauma course designed for the British clinician as it includes the recommended practices from bodies such as JRCALC and the Resuscitation Council. As testament to our commitment to quality, this course has been approved by the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and is certificated by the college upon completion.
This is a very popular course among emergency workers, voluntary agencies including RNLI, search and rescue, NHS and private ambulance companies and recognised by the BHA (British Horseracing Association).
It is also ELCAS approved for MOD personnel.
